Tijo Is a young Native American with a lame leg who appears in Star Rise.
He starts out in Star Rise as a lame boy, seemingly abandonded, who becomes bonded with the escaped horses from the fire. He becomes the eyes of Hold On, who lost his sight in the fire. He can communicate with the horses without speaking and gains their trust.
Through out his journey he goes from "Lame Boy" to a strong young man, now called "Horse Boy".
